Exercise 1

The first exercise is the leg rotation which is known to burn fat in the stomach and prevents the formation of cellulite on your thighs and hips.

You simply lie down on the mat with both hands were docked beside the body and both palms touching the mat. Then lift your legs up to 45 degrees and turn the legs clockwise to 10 times and repeat with the opposite rotation.

If you are not able to live 10 times, you can start the play as much as you can and do the same with the other side of the round. Soon, you will feel the muscles around the abdomen and thighs tighten.

Exercise 2
