Japchae Korean Recipes Ingredients

  • 200gr glass noodle
  • 1 pc carrot
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 100 grams of meat, thinly sliced

Step

  • Soak the glass noodle in hot water. Set aside
  • Boil spinach briefly, dip into ice water. Drain
  • Saute garlic and onion until fragrant, put carrots and saute until wilted
  • Insert meat. Cook until it changes color.
  • Add the mushrooms and shitake mushroom. Add sesame oil, fish sauce and soy sauce.
  • Enter the glass noodle and spinach. Add soy sauce and pepper. Toss well. Cook until cooked
  • If you prefer, you can add sesame oil again.
